Requirements

  • Managerial experience gained working in a gallery, auction house or art fair
  • Strong gallery and art knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Manage operations schedule and exhibition calendar: relevant dates, locations, shipment information, and application deadlines
  • coordinate exhibition-related designs from exhibitors, partners and designers
  • Gallery Servicing for all enquires pertaining to their participation and presentation
  • Work closely with other departments and vendors to ensure smooth execution of booth requirements
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties  for the show management , including ordering supplies; scheduling and coordinating with relevant vendors

Requirements

  • Independent, fast, highly motivated, optimist, problem solver who takes initiative. Highly organized, able to execute multiple projects concurrently. Overseas travel may be required

  • Knowledge of CAD and/or SketchUp to create floor plans for exhibitions and art fairs, and generate physical and computer models will be ideal

Responsibilities

  • 2018/2019 Brand Campaign Execution related to VIP Relations, Corporate Sponsorships and Partners including formulation of strategies, sponsorship benefits
  • VIP & Client Servicing including account management, contract and fulfillment,of exchanges from concept to execution
  • Managing CRM (Salesforce & Mailchimp preferred), data entry, profiling research, VIP Microsite update, VIP Communications and announcements
  • Loyalty Membership & Premium Client Marketing : contact point for VIPs , coordination of VIP Guest list and event activations including Dinners, Receptions, Parties, Exhibition opening
  • Budget: Financial controlling where related to sponsorship

    - 2018/2019 marketing campaign conceptualization & execution

    - Campaign Timeline Management

    - Website management - content is up to date and accurate; managing backend system

    - Developing, Management of Media & Cross marketing partnerships from concept to execution 

    - (print, digital and onsite signage), PR (press releases, press conferences, etc.), Brand event activations

    - Budget: Financial controlling

    - Ad duties assigned by Senior Management

  • Newsletter: Coordinating with Guest editors on all queries, facilitate distribution of articles on newsletters
  • Responsibilities include assisting on-site at the event itself with check in for members of the press
